Blended Protein Oats

One of our most requested recipes from Chef Ash’s kitchen! Creamy, nourishing, and perfect for those busy mornings. Just whiz everything in the blender, chill, and decorate to your heart’s content.

Ingredients:

(serves 1)

  • ½ cup milk of choice

  • ⅓ cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ tbsp maple syrup

  • ½ tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Small pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and thick.

  2. Pour into a jar or container, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

  3. Enjoy chilled! Keeps in the fridge up to 4 days.
