Almond and Turmeric Dukkah

Ingredients:

(makes approx 1 cup)

  • 6 Tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ Tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 cup whole almonds, skin on
  • 1 ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients on a roasting tray.

  2. Roast at 180°C until almonds are golden, aromatic, and skins begin to split.

  3. Allow to cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor until chunky (not a fine powder).

  4. Sprinkle over your favourite meals to add flavour & flair!
