Almond and Turmeric Dukkah
Ingredients:
(makes approx 1 cup)
6 Tbsp white sesame seeds
1 ½ Tbsp coriander seeds
1 Tbsp cumin seeds
2 tsp fennel seeds
1 cup whole almonds, skin on
1 ½ tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients on a roasting tray.
Roast at 180°C until almonds are golden, aromatic, and skins begin to split.
Allow to cool slightly, then pulse in a food processor until chunky (not a fine powder).
Sprinkle over your favourite meals to add flavour & flair!
