Waterford Birth Centre Antenatal Classes
Our antenatal classes are facilitated by a small team of passionate and experienced educators who are dedicated to supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and early parenting.
The aim of our antenatal course is to provide an enjoyable, informative forum, where you will gain confidence and knowledge about what to expect in late pregnancy, labour, birth, and early parenting. Sessions are relaxed and informal, with plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion, and shared learning.
Our Thursday evening classes are taught by Bev Hampton - a childbirth educator, women’s health physiotherapist, and mum. Bev has a real passion for pregnancy, birth, and babies and believes strongly in sharing knowledge through open conversation and education. Our Saturday classes are currently taught by Shyralee Parker, an experienced registered midwife, who brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and a calm, practical approach to antenatal education. Learn more about our educators and course online at the bottom of this page.
