La Leche League
Local website of an international group set up in the 1950s to help woman successfully breastfeed their babies. The league is a mother-to-mother support system with monthly meetings to discuss different aspects of breastfeeding and parenting. The website has lots of breastfeeding information and also connects to the world site, which is even bigger!

You can also come along to your local branch meeting at Waterford Birth Centre held every third Thursday of the month.
